Mutual fund distributor in Pune for step-up SIPs and goal plans
Regular and step-up SIPs, lumpsum investments and SWPs across equity, debt and hybrid mutual funds, matched to your goals, risk profile and time horizon, including child education and marriage goals.
For anyone building long-term wealth from a monthly income: retirement, a home, a child’s education.
A mutual fund pools money from many investors and hands it to a professional fund manager. For most people it is the simplest way to own a wide spread of shares or bonds without picking them one by one, and to keep investing a fixed amount every month without thinking about market timing.
We work as an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor (ARN-368973). We help you decide how much to invest and where, set up the SIP, complete the KYC and paperwork, and review the portfolio with you once a year. Apps can place the order; we own the plan, the cover check and the yearly review with you. Engagement details are discussed personally before you onboard.
Our bias is a small number of well-run funds held for a long time, bought through a step-up SIP so the amount you invest rises with your salary. A ₹10,000 monthly SIP that never changes and one that rises 10% a year finish decades apart. We do not publish “best fund” rankings, we do not churn portfolios to create transactions, and we will tell you when the right answer is to do nothing.
You hold the units in your own folio, in your own name, with the AMC. You can see the value any day, stop or change the SIP whenever you want, and redeem online. Nothing about working through a distributor locks your money in.
What working with us covers
- Regular and step-up SIPs
- A fixed monthly investment, with an optional yearly increase so it keeps pace with your income.
- Lumpsum and STP investments
- One-time investments, or a staggered entry from a liquid fund to reduce the risk of buying at a peak.
- Systematic Withdrawal Plans (SWP)
- A fixed monthly payout from a corpus while the rest stays invested, for retirement income.
- Equity funds across market caps
- Large, mid and small cap, and flexi-cap funds, sized to your risk appetite and horizon.
- Debt and hybrid funds
- For goals under five years, an emergency buffer, and to steady an equity-heavy portfolio.
- ELSS tax-saving funds
- Equity funds that qualify for a Section 80C deduction, with the shortest lock-in of any 80C option at three years.
- Goal-based portfolio construction
- Each goal gets its own set of funds and a monthly figure, so you always know what is for what.
- Yearly review and rebalancing
- We check performance, drift and overlap once a year and adjust only when it is warranted.
What we check before recommending a fund
- 01
Performance against its benchmark and its category peers, across full market cycles rather than the last good year.
- 02
Fund size and how the strategy has held up as assets grew, especially in mid and small cap funds.
- 03
The AMC’s track record, the fund manager’s tenure, and how consistent the process has been through manager changes.
- 04
The expense ratio and exit load, and how much they drag on the long-run return.
- 05
How the fund fits the portfolio you already hold, so you are not buying five funds that own the same fifty stocks.
Why how you invest matters more than which fund
Fund selection gets all the attention. In practice, the behaviour around the investment decides most of the outcome.
Staying invested beats timing
The investors who do best are usually the ones who kept their SIP running through 2020 and 2022 without stopping. Missing a handful of the best days in the market is enough to halve a long-run return.
A step-up compounds quietly
Raising your SIP with your income feels small each year and is enormous over twenty. It also means you can start with an amount that is comfortable now rather than one that is a stretch.
Fewer funds, held longer
A portfolio of four or five funds is easier to monitor, cheaper to run, and less likely to hide overlap than one with fifteen. More funds is not more diversification past a point.
Costs and taxes are certain, returns are not
A lower expense ratio and holding equity for over a year for long-term capital gains treatment are two levers entirely in your control. We use both.
Who this suits
You earn a monthly salary and want to build wealth
A step-up SIP into a small set of equity and hybrid funds is the natural fit, growing with each increment.
You have a lumpsum and a long horizon
A bonus, a maturity, or a property sale can be deployed as a lumpsum or staggered in over a few months via an STP.
You are near or in retirement
A conservative allocation plus an SWP can turn a corpus into a monthly income that keeps pace with inflation.
You already invest but with no plan
We map your existing SIPs and policies against your goals and tidy the portfolio rather than starting over.
How engagement works
When you invest or insure through us
We help you choose suitable products, complete KYC and paperwork, and review the arrangement with you on a yearly rhythm. Units and policies sit in your own name. Engagement details are discussed personally before you onboard.
When you want a written financial plan
Scope, deliverables and commercial terms for a written plan are agreed in a personal conversation before any planning work begins. Investing through us afterward remains a separate, clearly scoped step.

Questions people ask about mutual fund investments
- How do commercial terms work for mutual fund investments?
- Guidance and engagement terms are discussed and decided in conversation, never on this website.
- Which fund houses can I invest in?
- Schemes from all major Indian AMCs are available, including SBI, ICICI Prudential, HDFC, Nippon India, Axis and Kotak. We choose on the goal and the fund’s track record, not the brand.
- Regular plan or direct plan, which do I get?
- As a mutual fund distributor we set up investments through regular plans of the AMCs we work with. Direct plans are a separate path if you prefer to invest without a distributor. We will walk through which route fits your situation in a personal conversation.
- How much should I invest in an SIP?
- Start with an amount you can sustain every month without strain, then add a 5 to 15% yearly step-up. Use the step-up SIP calculator on this page, or tell us your goal and we will work backwards to a monthly figure.
- What return should I assume?
- For diversified equity funds held over ten years or more, 11 to 13% is a common planning assumption. Use a lower figure for hybrid or debt-oriented funds. Actual returns vary with the market and are not guaranteed.
- Are mutual fund returns taxed?
- Equity fund gains held over a year are long-term capital gains, taxed at 12.5% above ₹1.25 lakh a year. Gains within a year are taxed at 20%. Debt fund gains are taxed at your slab rate. We factor this into the plan.
- Can I stop or change my SIP later?
- Yes, any time, with no penalty. You can pause it, change the amount, switch funds or redeem online. Working through a distributor does not lock anything in.
- Is my money safe with a distributor?
- You invest directly with the AMC and hold units in your own folio. A distributor never takes custody of your money. Payments go from your bank account to the fund and redemptions come back to it.
