SIP NAV movement on a real scheme
Not an assumed rate. Pick any AMFI-listed scheme and a From-To window, and see how its published unit price moved: start, end, change, and period high / low.
Trailing returns as of the latest published NAV. Under 1 year would show absolute return; all periods here are annualised (CAGR). Past performance does not guarantee future returns.
Or look up a specific fund and a date range
Pick a scheme and a From/To window. The published unit-price path appears here as the main view.
Chart the unit price, not SIP XIRR
Search a fund above (or pick one from the table), set a window, then show the path. Start, end, change, and period high / low land under the chart.
Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. This tool charts published unit prices only; it is not a SIP XIRR, and it excludes exit load and capital-gains tax.
How this is calculated
We load the scheme’s full published NAV history, slice it to your From-To window (next trading day after From; last trading day on or before To), and chart the unit price. Start and end NAV are the first and last points in that slice; absolute and % change compare those two; high and low are the max and min NAV inside the window.
The exact formula
start NAV = first published NAV on/after From end NAV = last published NAV on/before To (or latest) change = end NAV − start NAV change % = (end − start) ÷ start × 100 high / low = max / min NAV inside the window
Results reflect what already happened to this scheme’s unit price. They are not a promise about future returns, and they are not the same as SIP XIRR.
Frequently asked questions
- How is this different from SIP Returns?
- SIP Returns simulates monthly purchases and shows invested amount, current value and XIRR. SIP NAV Movement charts only the scheme’s unit price path over a date range, useful to see how the NAV itself moved while you would have been investing.
- What do start and end NAV mean?
- Start NAV is the first published NAV on or after your From date. End NAV is the last published NAV on or before your To date (or the latest NAV if To is blank). Absolute change and % are measured between those two points.
- What if my From or To date was not a trading day?
- Mutual funds only publish a NAV on business days. We use the next available NAV after From, and the last available NAV on or before To, the same convention as our other fund-returns tools.
- Where does the NAV data come from?
- From AMFI (the Association of Mutual Funds in India), the official body every AMC reports NAVs to. We do not use any distributor’s own figures.
- Is period high / low the same as absolute return?
- No. High and low are the maximum and minimum published NAVs inside the window. Absolute change and % compare only the start and end points of the chart.
